Mailetic is managed email infrastructure for bulk senders. You connect your own SMTP provider, such as Amazon SES, Mailgun, SendGrid, Elastic Email, or Resend, and Mailetic gives you a full sending platform on top of it, including list management, campaign building, automations, and analytics. You own your sending setup. We just run the platform.
Those platforms are all-in-one tools where you pay per subscriber or per email sent. The more you grow, the more you pay them. Mailetic charges a flat monthly fee regardless of how many subscribers you have or how many emails you send. If you already have an SMTP account or want one, you are essentially paying for infrastructure you control rather than renting someone else's.
No. You can start the free trial and explore the platform first. When you are ready to send, you connect a provider.
Anyone sending bulk email who wants control over their infrastructure and predictable costs. Yes. You can sign up and try the platform before committing to a paid plan. No credit card is required to start.
You just swap the credentials in your account settings. Your lists, campaigns, and automations stay exactly as they are. There is no migration, no downtime, and no penalty. That is one of the reasons people choose Mailetic over locked-in platforms.
No fees from Mailetic. Your SMTP provider may charge for volume above their free tier, but that is between you and them. Mailetic does not add anything on top.

Currently Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Elastic Email, and Resend. If you use a provider not on this list, contact us and we can discuss it.
Deliverability depends on your SMTP provider's reputation, your sending practices, and your list hygiene, not on the platform layer. That said, Mailetic gives you the tools to manage bounce handling, unsubscribes, and list segmentation properly, all of which directly affect deliverability. If you come from a platform where those tools were limited, you should see improvement.

Yes. This is a common use case. You can manage separate sending setups within the platform. If you have a specific agency workflow in mind, get in touch and we can walk through whether it fits.
The platform is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in Europe. Your list data is yours. We do not sell it, we do not share it, and you can export or delete it at any time. The privacy policy has the full breakdown.
