2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Mailetic paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with Mailetic for any reason within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. No questions asked. No conditions.
To request a refund under this guarantee:
- Submit your refund request within 14 days of your payment
- Contact us at billing@mailetic.com with your account email address
3. Subsequent Billing Cycles
After the initial 14-day period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However if you believe you have been charged in error or charged after a confirmed cancellation request, please contact us and we will review your case promptly.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — please submit a separate refund request if you are within the 14-day guarantee window.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at billing@mailetic.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge you are disputing
We will process your refund promptly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
